Finally... an update! Our apologies for the inexcusable delay. We continue to do our thing, and vow to keep this page current from here on in.
After recently playing the Harvest Festival in Winkler (on the same stage as Honeymoon Suite!), our energies are renewed and we're really looking forward to the fall. In addition to the shows posted here, we're looking to set up an early December gig, where we plan to showcase a handful of new tunes (warning - at least a couple will feature Chris' new attempts at banjo chopping). Please stay tuned!
Okay, so we dropped the ball on an August show. Sorry. Intentions were pure, I promise.
The good news is, we have a great show lined up for the end of September. In support of Barrier-free Manitoba's Fair Access for all campaign, opening for Alana Levandoski at The Academy next Tuesday (September 29th). Tickets are $10 (Available at the door, Community Living - Manitoba, Hope Centre, SCE Lifeworks and McNally Robinson; or online at ticketworkshop.ca. Come on out for a fine show and a great cause.
After a couple of successful release shows and consistent radio play, we now have our sights set on Brandon, Manitoba. I'm really excited to re-unite with the city I grew up in. Anybody still there? If so, come on by the Lady of the Lake on Friday, August 7th. It would be great to see you.
Stay tuned... another Winnipeg show in August is soon to be organized.
Thanks for checking in... Chris.
A huge thank you goes out to all who supported our release concerts in Winnipeg and Winkler. We were truly thrilled by the turnouts.
Please stay tuned for updates to our website. Detailed album information, including lyrics and player credits will very soon be included. We'll do our very best to keep up to date with news updates as well; please check back! Thanks again!
The day has finally arrived; "Points of View" will be released today at the Park Theatre! Join us at 8pm -- we've got some surprises in store.
